He quickly found the leak and explained in simple terms how it could be repaired . The pipe connections were quickly and efficiently repaired and improvements made. Quick response, came a few hours after messaging. Friendly service. The issue was not fixed and when I sent a video of the leak the next day, I was told it would be £125. I said I wasn’t happy with this as I had already spent £200 the previous day and it hadn’t been resolved.
