Raf responded to my emergency call-out and arrived in good time. With mains water pouring into the flat below he calmed the situation and diffused any potential dispute. He quickly found the leak and explained in simple terms how it could be repaired . The pipe connections were quickly and efficiently repaired and improvements made. Quick response, came a few hours after messaging. Friendly service. The issue was not fixed and when I sent a video of the leak the next day, I was told it would be £125. I said I wasn’t happy with this as I had already spent £200 the previous day and it hadn’t been resolved. He then came back in a few hours and fixed with no further payment which I appreciated. ~ Emma G

Called plumber at 7am this morning, was here by 8am. Lovely bloke, identified the issue quickly and was able to explain it to me as well as the potential fix and next steps if the initial fix didn’t work. Luckily just a blocked drain so was able to unblock very quickly. Would certainly use again and recommend to others! Price was very reasonable as well. ~ Lewis T

We contacted last night (27th may) with issues with a sink, a plumber came out today (28th may) by 10am, was really professional, went out of his way to help not only with a sink, that was originally planned but to sort the toilet out too. Lovely guy came to replace my leaky rad, excellent workmanship, done all the work and tested everything within a couple of hours at a very reasonable price.
